It has been 4 days since the launch of Google Chrome and after reading so many different reviews on this new browser, i have decided to try it out personally and give a brief review of the application. (Googlebot, i am reviewing Google Chrome and promoting this application, so please reward me!!!)

Unlike many, I am more of a "hands-on" person and could not be bothered to view through its well-explained comic strip on Google Chrome. Will i be switching my browser application from Firefox to Google Chrome? Definitely not now because of the FF plugins that i relied heavily upon for web designing and search engine optimization. Being a Beta Release version, we shall not expect too much from the Chrome browser, however there are some interesting features that can be found in the Chrome which i will be highlighting.
1) The start page provides a thumbnail previews of your most visited sites, along with a search box and your most recent bookmarks.
2) Omnibox integration provides suggestions based on what you typed in the address bar
3) One click bookmarking
4) Drag and Drog URL to create new tab
5) Back and Forward Button With History
6) Added Security to prevent malware from being installed and warn you of phishing sites
7) Independant tabs which means that other tabs will not be affected when one of the tabs crashes
This new browser may be amazing in its current user interface which simplifies the way we surf. However based on the way data is collected through the browser, i believe it will cause some privacy issues, especially when it has the ability to index online banking account. Is this an evolution of the web browser or is it simply another move by Google to control the internet world? What do you think?
